प्रिंट जॉब्स और वॉलेट रीचार्ज के रिफंड के स्पष्ट नियम।

2. Print Job Refunds

• Before Print Processing: If a print job is cancelled prior to the connected shop dispatching the job to the physical printer, the order amount is refunded to your shop wallet balance or source payment method.
• Completed Print Jobs: Once physical printing has commenced or completed, orders are generally non-refundable unless verified as a printer defect, incorrect paper stock, or machine malfunction.
• Defect / Misprint Handling: In case of ink smudging, paper tear, or machine errors, the participating shop operator will reprint the job at no extra charge or initiate a wallet credit.

3. दुकान-विशिष्ट कस्टमर वॉलेट

Wallet balances are maintained for instant print payments. In the event of a shop closure or verified dispute, remaining real paid balances (excluding promotional bonuses) may be refunded upon review with support (support@skynetprint.uk).
