Orders in Pending or Queued status can be cancelled immediately from the mobile application before the shop operator releases the job to the physical printer.
Once the operator has dispatched the job to the physical printer spooler (Printing or Completed), cancellation is no longer possible as physical paper and toner have been consumed.
