1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, downloading, installing, accessing, or using any SkyNet Print+ software, Android application, or website hosted on our official domain www.skynetprint.uk (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Operator”, or “Subscriber”) and SkyNet Print+ (“SkyNet Print+”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Description of Platform Services
SkyNet Print+ provides specialized software products, mobile applications, and cloud-enabled document workflows, comprising:
- Windows PC Desktop Software: Proprietary software licensed to print shop operators for POS ticketing, print queue spooling, hardware printer routing, and job management.
- Android Mobile Application: Client application enabling individual users to manage document storage, view print job progress, and subscribe to cloud storage plans.
- Cloud Storage & Document Infrastructure: Remote document repository services allowing registered users to store, manage, and retrieve documents subject to active storage plan quotas.
- Platform Subscriptions & Licensing: Commercial licensing for print shop software and yearly storage subscriptions for mobile app users.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information (including mobile number, name, and email where applicable).
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and OTP tokens.
- You agree to notify SkyNet Print+ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security compromise.
- SkyNet Print+ is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where credentials were compromised on the user's side.
4. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership
When utilizing SkyNet Print+ applications or uploading documents:
- You retain full ownership of the text, images, and documents you upload to your personal account space.
- You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary intellectual property rights, licenses, or authorizations to upload, process, and print the files you submit.
- You agree not to upload, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or contains malicious code.
5. Independent Print Shop Operations & Responsibilities
Independent Commercial Business Model:
Print shops running SkyNet Print+ PC software are independent commercial operators. SkyNet Print+ acts solely as a technology and software platform provider, not as a print manufacturer or employer of shop staff.
Independent print shop operators are solely responsible for:
- Their own commercial business operations, customer service, and physical store management.
- Local print pricing, paper stock quality, finishing, and fulfillment accuracy.
- Direct collection of customer payments (including counter cash, direct shop UPI QR payments, and shop-operated POS terminals).
- Management of local customer wallet balances, in-store top-up programs, and promotional bonus rules.
- Compliance with all applicable local taxation, GST/commercial invoicing, and business licensing laws.
6. Windows PC Software License Terms
SkyNet Print+ Windows PC software is licensed, not sold, to commercial print shop operators:
- Grant of License: Subject to an active software plan, SkyNet Print+ grants the operator a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the software on authorized POS workstations.
- Device Binding: Software licenses may be tied to registered hardware device identifiers to prevent unauthorized duplication or piracy.
- Restrictions: Operators shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, or create derivative works of the software.
- Expiration: Access to PC software features and operational queue processing requires maintaining a valid active subscription license.
7. Cloud Storage Quota & File Lifecycle
Cloud document storage is provided subject to the terms of the user's active subscription tier:
- Storage Quotas: Storage capacity (e.g., starter tiers or paid storage plans) is governed by the platform's active plan schedule. Users may not exceed their allotted storage limit without upgrading their plan.
- Validity & Expiration: Paid cloud storage plans operate on yearly subscription cycles (365 days). Upon plan expiration, users must renew their subscription to retain continuous cloud access and storage quotas.
- Storage Lifecycle & Retention: While SkyNet Print+ employs resilient multi-tier cloud storage infrastructure, users are advised to maintain local backups of vital documents. Expired accounts may be subject to storage throttling, archival, or scheduled data cleanup after applicable grace periods.
8. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
This section applies strictly to official SkyNet Print+ platform service purchases:
- Platform Revenue: Payments made for Windows PC software licenses and mobile cloud storage subscriptions constitute official SkyNet Print+ platform revenue and are processed via authorized platform gateways (such as Platform Razorpay).
- Dynamic Pricing Governance: Current plan fees and renewal rates are governed by the live pricing and plan matrix displayed within our applications and official pricing pages. SkyNet Print+ reserves the right to adjust service pricing for subsequent billing cycles upon reasonable notice.
- Zero Merchant Intermingling: Direct payments between print shop customers and independent print shop operators for printing jobs or local wallets do not constitute SkyNet Print+ platform revenue.
9. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility and cancellation conditions for SkyNet Print+ platform services are governed by the following principles:
- Platform Subscriptions: Software licenses and cloud storage plans are delivered digitally immediately upon successful payment. Refund requests for platform services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for genuine billing errors, duplicate charges, or verified technical service failures reported within 7 days of purchase.
- Independent Shop Transactions: Refunds for physical printing, paper quality, print errors, or counter cash collected by independent print shops must be settled directly with the respective print shop management.
- Cancellation: Users may choose not to renew their yearly plans upon the conclusion of the active billing cycle.
10. Service Availability & Technical Maintenance
While SkyNet Print+ strives to maintain maximum platform uptime and performance:
- Services may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, hardware upgrades, network maintenance, or emergency security patching.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% continuous service availability.
- SkyNet Print+ is not liable for interruptions resulting from internet service provider outages, power failures at print shops, local hardware spooler faults, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SkyNet Print+ software, mobile apps, or cloud services to:
- Transmit, store, or print counterfeit currency, forged identity credentials, unauthorized government documents, or contraband material.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security or vulnerability of any platform server, API, or database network.
- Interfere with, flood, or disrupt server operations through unauthorized automated scripts or denial-of-service attempts.
- Impersonate another user, shop operator, or platform administrator.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in SkyNet Print+ software, mobile applications, APIs, UI/UX designs, logos, trademarks, database architectures, and documentation remain the exclusive property of SkyNet Print+. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our proprietary trademarks or copyright assets.

- SKYNET PRINT+ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR PHYSICAL PRINT MATERIALS.
- SKYNET PRINT+'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PLATFORM SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO SKYNET PRINT+ FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN DISPUTE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of SkyNet Print+ software, apps, or cloud services following the posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
